I purchased my third car from Pat O' Brien at Romano Toyota. He is a real pleasure to work with and somehow makes the buying process enjoyable. I have also had all my service done at Romano and have never been disappointed.

Great car-buying experience! We just purchased our 2nd Camry last night from Romano Toyota. The first one had over 245000 miles on it. Happy First Time Buyer. I have never bought a new car before, so I was very nervous when I started shopping. After visiting many different dealerships in the area and leaving feeling underwhelmed, I was very happy with my experience at Romano Toyota. Our sales consultant Kevin W. was helpful long before we entered the showroom. We called to inquire about a Camry lease and Kevin spent a long time explaining the program, costs, advantages, disadvantages and many more questions we had....there was no pressure to visit him or the dealership to get the answers we sought. we contacted several other dealers with the same questions and they were barely interested unless we gave our "name, rank and serial number " and made a visit to their showroom....we visited Kevin a few days later and he was a gentlemen, polite and continued to answer questions without pressure. we were sold immediately and returned the next day to make the purchase.

Dan (salesman) was very helpful, patient and not pushy, which was very important to me, being a weary first-time buyer. He made the experience enjoyable as it could be and was genuinely helpful. Based on my experience I would recommend this dealer and him in particular.
